Immerse yourself in a journey of self-discovery as you engage in a 30-minute therapeutic yoga practice suitable for all levels. Experience guided meditation, intricate hand gestures known as mudras, controlled breathwork called pranayama, and fluid movement through asanas. Each week offers a unique focus, guiding you towards inner peace and self-awareness.

Week 1: Come Home to Yourself - Body Awareness, Cultivating Self-Compassion
Week 2: Breath Awareness - Integrating Breath with Movement
Week 3: Alignment, Posture and the Language of the Body
Week 4: Making Friends with Your Wandering Mind
Week 5: Prana - Your Beautiful Energy
Week 6: Stress and Sitting with Emotions

No prior experience required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and blocks. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available for all sessions.
